Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.

Ensure team meets deadlines and quality standards

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of required initial disclosures and Change in Circumstances in compliance with TRID regulations

Monitor changes in regulations and adjust internal processes accordingly

Conduct audits of team members to ensure compliance

Coordinate with Sales and compliance team to obtain necessary data

Work with IT or vendors to resolve system related issues and implement enhancements

Generate reports to track disclosure timelines, errors and team performance

Create guides and procedures

Collaborate with Compliance, legal and QC teams as needed
