So I been work with customer service for so many years seen I’m 16, and I got so many experience while work with customer service, so everyday I come to work as a nails tech, I’ll give my full potential of work effort to customers, do whatever the customer ask you to do and make the customer happy when they leave out the door because that’s very important on business is that you need to make customer happy with your service, do my best everyday, it’s like you have to put your heart to the job. So as a nail tech, I’ll have to make sure everyday people come to you for pedicures or manicure, you’ll make sure you do the way they ask you to do, or give them recommendation if they not sure of what they need to do, that’s with every job, you make sure you do a good job cause that’s like missions achieve if you want to be successful in life. It’s not just you come to a salon and work on beauty but you’ll be there and communicate with customers all the story they share with you, you’ll listen to them and I can even entertain them some how to, it’s not just about the job I do but with listening and communication and recommendation and entertainment too, it’s all in one.
