- I started my nursing career in the ED. I spent 6 months engulfed in learning triage, time management, critical thinking, and patient/nurse relationships. I worked very closely with the PA's and MD's in that department and also had a lot of autonomy.
- I transitioned to Post Surgical/Med Surg and learned the floor side of nursing, post-surgical care for all types of surgical patients, and "total patient care". I feel this has yielded a very strong foundation with a tool belt of skills and has also allowed me to grow my compassion for the importance of the patient as a whole - mind body & spirit. I work closely with hospitalists and case management to continually advocate and help to mold care for patients who's status is constantly changing. By doing this I help to ensure positive outcomes for patients.

- I have owned & operated my own business since 2015 and have maintained relationships in all facets of the industry including builders, title companies, mortgage brokers, and all the people in between. It is amazing to me that even after 5 years of no longer living in the state I was originally licensed in, I am still called by past clients to list their homes and conduct business on their behalf. I believe this speaks volumes to my work ethic and strengths in relationship driven values.
- Recently I obtained my Oregon Real Estate License and am now dually licensed in Oregon and Alaska.
