In my position as a legal assistant with the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings Operations, I provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys and administrative law judges. I manage case files, conduct basic legal research, prepare legal documents and occasionally schedule disability hearings. I communicate with clients and other parties ensuring compliance with deadlines, all while operating within established legal procedures and guidelines.
