  • Served as Charge Nurse of 67-bed Level II Trauma Center Emergency Room. This role allowed me to manage through-put of the entire patient experience, flow of work for nursing and support staff, organized and determined assignments of up to 30 nurses per shift, and addressed needs of physicians, staff, EMS and patients with the goal of bringing the utmost satisfaction and resolution to all.
  • Provided didactic and clinical instructions to orient new nurses and potential student nurses and newly hired RNs to yield a result of excellent ED nurses.
  • Served as Vice-President of our Unit Based Council team, a team comprised of department employees whose shared goal is to improve the processes in place, or engineer new processes to improve work flow and better patient experiences.
