Started in 2009 as C zone extraboard, qualified on Crude 1, Vac 1, Sat Gas Plant and Reformer 1. Then qualified as an A board operator for C zone units.
2015- bid to a Boiler operator opening. Qualified on the Merox, DHT/BGOT and Water Treater units as well. Then qualified on the B board for D zone units.
2017- became a temporary shift supervisor and qualified on the Coker Gas Plant. I was lead for the NHT catalyst outage and stayed on as temporary supervisor until July of 2018. November of 2018 through March of 2020 I was moved up as a temporary supervisor again covering A and B teams as needed.
January 2022- I became a full time shift supervisor. April of 2022, I moved to night shift lead for that CO Boiler for TAR 2022. After TAR, returned back to regular supervisory role and helped a successful restart of our C zone units.
