  • Led global team on the Quest RBK enterprise-wide, complex business transformation project, by applying Agile principles and Design Thinking methodologies, processes and procedures in execution of global transformation.
  • Defined, documented, tested and deployed functional releases for our Release Builder Kit tool.
  • In the 4 years that I was on this project, we were able to deploy an end to end tool, in support of our Consulting sellers, that encompassed the Quote to Cash processes, including, but not limited to: Deal Coaching, Compliance, Solutioning, Pricing, Contracting and Approvals.

  • From an automation perspective, I defined the requirements for multiple lotus notes based tools, including : CCC, ORBIT, Automated Contract Submission tool, and developed a CRITSIT option in our NSSO Forms database.
  • Once these tools were completed, I created and facilitated education for the eBHS team members.
  • Worked with Accounts Receivable, IBM Treasury and outside vendors to define the requirements for an ePay option to be incorporated into our Invoices on Line tool.
