Achievement oriented, former TEA Master teacher who is eager to support higher education students to ensure they meet their graduation goal. I am a motivating educator of 11 years who cherished my leadership experience and has developed a desire to pursue a career in helping others meat their goals.

• Post lessons on online platforms daily for students both in the classroom and at home
• Continually plan lessons two weeks in advance for multiple level classes
• Plan & prep for two different classes/grade levels throughout the school year
• Build a strong rapport with students and their families
• Delegate jobs to teaching assistants and inclusion support with goals assigned
• Participate as a showcase school in the RaiseUp Texas SIM program
• Attend on average 3 meetings weekly with administration and co-workers to reflect and implement best practices
• Attend annual ARD meetings with parents to better support their child with special needs
• Send home progress reports every three weeks to keep families up to date with their child's academic needs and goals

• Organize an annual NJHS induction ceremony for students
• Organize an annual NJHS Leadership Camp for 50 students for 3 nights
• Attend annual professional development opportunities
• Member of the communications committee to help implement positive and effective communication within the faculty
