  • Oversee and manage employee schedules, time off requests and timecard approvals.
  • Cooperatively manage Financial Spreadsheets, accurately recording employee time spent updating materials as either billable or non-billable and the appropriately assigned curriculum and code in Deltek.
  • Mentor and coach trainers as needed to fostering professional growth and enhancing overall training delivery quality. Monthly Check-in meetings with team members to discuss their goals, needs, challenges and vision for future growth and provide support and resources as needed.
  • Promote Team building, by celebrating each team member on birthdays, work anniversaries, for life achievements and hardships. Cooperatively work with the team to support MAXIMUS led initiatives and support team members involved in groups or initiatives.
