• Implemented Point of Care Testing Committee composed of a multidisciplinary team which included nursing, providers, division chiefs, respiratory, education, and laboratory to oversee point of care testing and to determine best practices and locations for utilization of point of care testing.
• Implemented Lab Test Utilization Committee composed of multidisciplinary leadership to promote safe, value-based, and evidence-based use of laboratory test services and to implement best practices for laboratory test utilization.

• Identified cost savings opportunities through contract renegotiation, test utilization, and consolidation of referral lab testing.
• Served as Director for the laboratory during the implementation of EPIC Beaker. Worked daily with the EPIC team, staff, and the organization to ensure a successful build, training, and implementation.

• Worked to transition 18 off campus lab locations from COLA accreditation to CAP.
