17 years of services with Quest Diagnostics

*As an experienced phlebotomist of 21 years combined, my background and training prepared me to have more clarity and understanding about the SOP process fully. Originally, from Tennessee, I moved to Atlanta,Ga in 2018 for a better opportunity within Quest Diagnostics. Becoming a Problem Resolution Representative (SSH dept) within those 4 years granted me a specific skill set such as understanding and issuing TNP’s, TIQ’s and confirming ambiguous orders on a daily basis.  I take TNP’s very seriously, and I attempt to educate employees that I have trained previously about their errors and the importance regarding SOP processes and procedures. Also, my exposure to Quest internal systems at Tucker lab granted me access to software including QLS, IDAA, Quanum,Outlook, etc. Lastly, my current position as an IOP Floater(2022-current) has revealed firsthand professionalism acquaintances with our clients and colleagues on a much bigger scale.
