• Instructional Design, PEACEKeeper Kit, 2016: Developed an educational toolkit for students, teachers and administrators to transform their schools and communities into Peace Zones through an enforceable commitment to redefine social behaviors and conflict resolution methods. Students lead this revolutionary transformation through simple, step-by-step instructional and supportive materials. Currently integrated into schools worldwide, including in U.S., Australia, UK, Guam, Germany.
• Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts, 1995-1997: Created a learning environment for students to grow creatively and technically and enhanced on-camera performance skills in the field of Broadcast Television Production. Main areas of instruction included Performance Development, Marketing, Commercial and Scene Production and Advanced TV Production. Author of school mission statement: “To inspire, motivate and educate the future leaders of the communication industry”.
• Eastern Michigan University, 1995-1997, Created E-TAG (Eastern Television Artist Group) for students to produce programming for the University’s Cable Channel, “E-TV”. Students learned how real business operates, by managing productions from concept through completion, including concepts, script writing, storyboarding, budgeting, fundraising, casting, production and post production.
• Fundamentals of Speech Instructor: Introduced students to the art of public speaking and explored and enhanced the various skills needed to be effective speakers. Focused on biographical, persuasive, informative, debate and impromptu speeches.
