Maintained high speed servo controlled linear wrapping machines and Langden Cartoners to ensure that the product boxes were being filled appropriately. Maintained DDC 5-stage 3 phase 480-volt dryers. Maintained PLC automated cart loaders to make sure that they loaded wet products into a dryer cart. High speed conveyor systems to include gap closing conveyors link belt conveyors and vacuum conveyors. Maintained high speed heat transfer printers, laser printers, and Inkjet printers. Built stainless steel cables by fitting and drawing down stainless jacket to proper fit tolerance.
