At Brandon NICU in Mott Children's Hospital, provided care for critically ill Neonates from high-risk birth to discharge including palliative and end-of-life care. My practice in Brandon as a level IV NICU nurse allowed me to provide care to infants with complex medical problems, such as premature birth, complex medical-surgical problems, and anomalies. My practice included complex modes of care such as a variety of ventilatory support modes and ECMO. I have been a member of the Neonatal transport team as well as functioned in the Neonatal Evaluation, Stabilization and treatment specialty area for newborns needing immediate newborn support after delivery.
