EV charging program.

-Worked closely with Board to approve an extensive project with one owner combining 5 units on two stories and adding a cabana structure to the LCE of the unit's terrace.

-Mobilized multi-million dollar exterior renovation that included removing and resealing most of the windows, half the stucco, and several balcony repairs. The project was very intrusive for owners as it required contractors to enter their homes multiple times during the project.

-Process closing documents for resales and refinancing.

Revised rules and regulations to meet the needs of the community.

Implemented maintenance program for the staff through Building Link.

-Property upgrades include carpeting and accent walls in corridors, new flooring in elevator lobbies, furniture for pool, lounge, and 6 rooftop terraces.

-Acted as general contractor to finish my leased space with design assistance from franchise.

-Opened store during peak retail season in November 2012.

-Grew business through social media, neighborhood associations and community involvement with very little paid advertising.

-The grooming business quickly grew to 6 full time groomers with a consistent waiting list of clients.

-Revenues increased as much as 40% some months.

-My store was ranked 9th in the franchise of 36 stores in the first year.
