• In coordination with Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for development, implementation and management of national organizational strategy and priorities

• Established as a living memorial to President Kennedy in 1966, the Institute of Politics (IOP) seeks to inspire students to public service, politics and a life committed to public purpose.
• In partnership with the faculty director, responsible for the overall management, stratehy, operational and finicianl planning of key functions including human resources, communications, student programming, fundraising, fiscal management, communications and IT
• Administered $6.2M annual budget, managed 20 FTE's and mentored 40 elected undergraduate student leaders
• Worked collaboratively with School leadership, faculty, students, Senior Advisory Committee, Fellows, alumni and broader university community to represent the IOP and Harvard Kennedy School to a variety of internal and external constituency audiences.

• Managed IOP's COVID-driven pivot from in-person operations to remote, including adapting programs for virtual context and launching new initiatives to pursue mission while implementing budget cuts and increasing staff support and culture-building
• Developed curriculum and led the Women's Initiative in Leadership program, a semester long leadership career development program for undergraduate women

• Founding Director of the largest summer internship program at Harvard University for undergraduates providing over 1 million dollars annually in support of student programming and development for nearly 1000 students annually
• Responsible for increasing number of internship opportunities by over 200% through strategic outreach and recruitment of public service internship providers including public and private organizations resulting in application increase of 500% from 220 to over 1100 applicants in less than 5 years
• Successfully led the IOP's collaboration with University leaders to develop and executed the University's inaugural public service recruiting program
