I ran the store while my boss was either working on the food truck or working as a caterer. I would open and close the store with assistance from the cook. I was a cashier and I made boba tea for customers. I cooked the fried foods and stocked, organized, and cleaned the store. My clean duties consisted of dishes, cleaning the boba bar, sweeping and mopping the kitchen as well as the front of the store. I also communicated with a cook who couldn't speak english and only spoke mandarin but through hand gestures and saying some key words that she understands.
