In 2002, having never worked in the restaurant industry, I started as a bar back at the Haunted Hamburger in Jerome, Arizona. I was later promoted to server. I moved to Nic’s Italian Steak and Crab House at the owner’s request, where I worked as server, bartender and manager for many years. I also worked at The Tavern Grill and Bocce in Cottonwood. I took time off during COVID and then jumped back in at a busy steakhouse in Chandler, AZ named DC Steakhouse, working there for about a year and a half before I moved to New York for college. I missed Arizona and chose Prescott Valley for it's beauty and to continue school at Yavapai Community College. I love the restaurant world. I’m looking to find the right place for me to settle into.
