Manage the administration of the University's benefit plans including health and welfare, workers' compensation, dependent tuition scholarships, and workplace accommodations through Wesleyan's ADA Program.

Maintain strong partnerships with ITS and vendors to consistently achieve timely and precise data integrity in Peoplesoft, Workday, and various vendor systems. Continuous audits of large data sets. Key player on the Workday Benefits implementation team. Collaborated with ITS department to create an automated ADA Application & Tracking system.
