I specialize in customer service, helping the doctors navigate each room, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both the client and their pets. Working with doctors, I help create an estimate with the prices and treatment options needed to provide the best possible care. I also help clients answer questions and concerns about medications, treatments, hospitalization protocols, and recommended treatment prices. Other tasks I perform include drawing blood and collecting urine through cytocentesis to run in-house labs or send them to an outside lab. During hospitalizations, I'm in charge of placing intravenous catheters, preparing the necessary medications to treat the patient, and compiling the treatment plan in a system, such as on paper, so the next technician can find the necessary information to provide the best care. I have experience issuing health certificates for sale, both internationally and internationally. I always make sure the patient is up to date with their nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland emptying. I have experience administering vaccines and medications via IV, intramuscular, and subcutaneous injections. I'm always eager to work as a team and learn new things.
