  • I am in charge of conducting interviews with each applicant for a job at the casino, which may involve up to 20 interviews each week, in order to determine whether or not they qualify for a gaming license. The commissioners consider the recommendations from the interview when making their decision on a gaming license approval or denial.
  • Review the Gaming Commission application and all documentation submitted by the applicant.
  • Performs live scanning of fingerprints and takes pictures for records and badge creation.
  • Responsible for conducting on-site searches at the county courthouse, on-site investigations with law enforcement agencies and the department of motor vehicles.
  • Recorded new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications and merit increases to main gaming commission files.
