Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provides overall supervision to assigned service coordinators.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams such as appeals/legal team, clinical team, LAP team, psychiatrists, psychologist, social workers, peer mentors, teachers and educators.
  • Maintains professional standards of Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPPA), Lanterman Act, Policies and procedures.
  • Work with service coordinators on process for the Self Determination Program.
  • Work the after hour phone (Beeper Duty). Attend phone calls and issues regarding all consumers of Kern Regional Center.
