I worked as a customer service for ticket counter, and bag agent, when the plane would arrive, we would inspect the seats by stripping them down, putting them back together and sanitize the seats the seatbelt the window, the restrooms the coffee pots, sanitize the drawers, vacuum the carpet,I also would get in side the bends to put in the luggage in side the plane, when done we had guide the plane out of the gate with safety precautious, by using bright wand to be able to be seen by the captain in side the plane.

  • Supervise that all machines were working properly. I also had to supervise the crew to fill out all material that we need to start and end of the shift. My responsibilities were communicate with the operators on duty, to have all safety paper work and JSC before starting the job, when the job was done, I had to fill out a job ticket explaining what was donde that day.
  • Provide customer the JSC ticket that we need to start every single job, such as analysis of risk or tail gating before starting the job.
  • Monitor and make sure all activities are completed by the procedure and ensure that customers receive paperwork before starting hot job, and make sure all finished Lock Out Tag Out were done by the operator on duty.

  • Supervise the store activities that all ice cream machines were working properly. I also had to supervise the employs if they need any help, at the end of the shift I had to do the deposits to take to the bank. My responsibilities were before I leave, I had to wait tile the other manager got there, and that everything was stock and ready for the night shift. I also had to make sure the employs were properly attire for work and make sure their hands were clean before work. Every day I had to make sure the dates on the product were good. When I would hire a person, I would make sure to give them the right training possible. The training would include be on time for work, have the proper dress code.
