Request pick-ups on hazardous items as needed. Supply and tools accountability and maintaining inventories on tool boxes. Ensure that all tools that are due for calibrations are turn in and pick up in a timely manner. Inventory, receive (VL06i) and issues (IWBK or MIGO) class 9 and class 2 items in a timely manner in GCSS-Army to include managing recons as needed or when requested. Re-stock and replenish all products. Manage open reconciliations report (CRL). Perform reconciliations on requisitions to see if it’s valid, cancelled, closed out before sending CRL report to higher. Monitor Recoverable (YOBUX) in GCS-Army and create 1348’s and required paper work for turn-in to SSA. Manage the Overage Reparables Report (ZOAREP) in GCS-Army. Submit ZPARK report for FMS#27. Insure that ZPARK reflect correct fund codes and priory before sending to higher. Manage all work orders that are submitted from units and for shop equipment. Conduct weekly recons on work orders to include follow up on parts using Parts tracker or WEBVIPS. Manage work orders using to insure that correct status, fund codes, and advice codes are on work orders. Issues parts to work orders once parts are received. Consume all class 2 parts in GCS-Army (MIGO) in a timely manner with issues out. Manage all local purchase parts order against work orders. Conduct unit recons will all units that are supported by FMS27. Process all paper work for any local purchase request. Input all direct and non-direct man-hours for all employees for the shop using time sheet: Maintain times (CAT2) in GCS-Army. Manage all high dollar parts that are order for any work orders. Update, create and close out all job orders (IW37N or ZSABER) in the GCSS-Army. Assist all units with their Comet Inspection before, during and after their inspections. I have completed 40 hour course for GCSS-Army using SAP program.
