I have worked with ESE special needs for over 15 years & I loved it,Working with special needs for me is a privilege, I have the patience and the love to make them feel heard & important, I have taken all the courses that's require to be able to work with these adult's.
As a Caregiver for this Agency I work with my client, on her goals, like making lunch, working with her laundry & taking my client to do things like Park, Gym, Swimming, Library, Bowling, Play with her table games, & Bake.
I worked with ESE students an after school program,making sure they were kept entertain, safe and busy, making sure my 2 assistant did there work, activity plans for the week, did the accounting weekly.
