I am adaptable, resilient, and willing to meet company demands while also developing new skills to improve customer experience. In the past, I worked in different office settings and was able to develop hard skills. I also have previous customer service experience that has made me adept at remaining calm in stressful situations and effectively assisting a variety of customers.
During my High School career, I was part of a work-study program. During 4 years I worked in different environments and I was able to develop hard and soft skills while in an office setting.
WCBE (radio station) - learned to use Excel, experience inputting information, filing, and phone calling experience
YMCA- Inputting information, creating documents, filing, and using Word and Google Docs daily.
Our Lady of Guadalupe/ Catholic social services- Providing exceptional customer service in person and through phone calls, experience using company system(s), filing, inputting information of clients in the system(s), and updating new information.
