Qualifications Summary

One of my most important traits as a manager is my ability to lead others. I always keep a positive mental attitude and lead by example, I also spend a great deal of time on understanding what motivates each one of my employees by conducting one on one communication about their goals and how can they achieve them. Being bilingual has been a very positive communication asset as well. I expect a great deal of myself and never rest until my work is complete.

Worked with aging individuals for a year to stablish workout patterns to increase health benefits. I collected information of their daily activities, neighborhood they lived and what were the reasons preventing them from exercising on a daily basis.
