I started as a dishwasher at 15 dollars the hour. Over the years I learnt to prep certain meals and salads . My current position at the moment is preparing and baking Italian bread . I am used to working long hours .

I was responsible for hanging whole birds into shackles on a moving conveyor belt at 35 bird per minute. I left because my work permit had expired and the new one had not come in yet.
