• Create high-quality end-to-end process documentation that is concise, detailed, easy to understand, and easy to follow
• Work closely with packaging suppliers to develop solutions for the variety of products needed throughout the facility (defective products, customer returns, and finished goods)
• Review processes, BOMs, and product packaging
• Assist procurement teams with cost reduction, drop testing, and pallet configuration for product storage and shipping
• Collaborate with technical, production, and management teams (onsite and across the U.S.) to establish best practices while sharing & reviewing common issues
• Work with IT teams to resolve common system and printer issues incurred on the production floor
• Perform manual and systematic configurations to resolve printer and network issues on the production floor
• Extensive knowledge of various computer applications within the company
• Perform system configuration to set up parts, error routes, etc
• To create an effective database for entering and tracking data
• Work directly with the training department to ensure a clear step-by-step understanding of the processes and ensure process work instructions are properly communicated and executed by the trainees
• Work with customers to obtain appropriate documentation, clarify customer requirements, and identify potential issues impacting quality and product performance
