ANA VANLANDINGHAM

Long Beach,MS

Summary

My name is Ana VanLandingham and I am currently in my 6th year of teaching. My husband and I moved to Long Beach, MS the summer of 2025. I am currently working at Anniston Avenue Elementary in the Gulfport School District as a 4th grade ELA teacher. I have learned a considerable amount over the last 6 years and am still gaining information on how to be the best educator that I can be. I appreciate as much feedback as I can get because I aspire to grow and learn so I can best equip students to be successful in the classroom and life. I believe that collaboration and communication is a substantial part of teaching, which is an important aspect of my professional and personal development. Every day, I strive to give my best for each student that walks through the doors of our school. I have learned different ways to manage a classroom, but it all leads back to meaningful relationships.
