Director of Admissions:

• Conducted regular evaluation of admission policies and procedures, making necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with the School's objectives.
• Established strong relationships with preschools to promote the School and attract potential applicant families.
• Created compelling promotional materials that showcased the unique qualities of the School.
• Created and established the School's first social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram and analyzed engagement and reach of posts.
• Organized campus events such as open houses and information sessions to showcase what the School has to offer its students academically, socially and spiritually.
• Served as primary contact for prospective families throughout the admissions process for coordination of application screening and tracking, visit and interview arrangement and marketing communications.
• Advised applicants on prospects for admission and strategies for meeting academic and extracurricular credentials.
• Conducted regular evaluation of all grade level admissions assessments.
• Developed pre-kindergarten and kindergarten admissions assessments.

• Managed 60 eighth grade students' application files to be sent to the high schools, including records, recommendations, interviews and essays.

• Collaborated, wrote, edited and presented the National Blue Ribbon School Application in 2018. The School was awarded the distinction in 2018.
• Collaborated, wrote, edited and presented the National Blue Ribbon School Application in 2023. Award status is pending.
• Edited the Head of School's weekly newsletter.
• Supervised students daily outside of the classroom.
