I believe that my experiences have equipped me with the essential skills in qualities to succeed as a preschool assistant. My current roll as a parent and past roll as a caregiver for family and friends have fostered my ability to work with children and in a classroom environment and collaborate with teachers & parents. My personal experience has also instilled a passion for early childhood development and dedication to a creating positive learning environment for young children.
