As a Shift Manager, I'm responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly during my shift. I'm in charge of organizing the staff, so the business runs smoothly. I ensure procedures are followed correctly, and I supervise the work of all employees. I'm also responsible for keeping the store clean, stocked, and perfect for the arrival of our customers. I also resolve any conflicts that arise with any customer, and do everything possible to ensure they leave happy, receive good food, and receive perfect service, so they return to shop with us many more times. I'm in charge of guiding the employees, teaching them how to treat customers properly, who are our number one priority, and being their role model. I must be aware of our hours, ensure sales run as smoothly as possible, and increase the use of our mobile app, as well as the new offers and sandwiches we sell. Inventory is another fundamental part of my job. I must ensure that the right amount of food is cooking to avoid loss and ensure that customers receive their food as fresh as possible. Food safety is essential and very important, so I must be vigilant that everything is done correctly. It's important to note that, as a family-oriented company, I must provide the warmest and most familiar environment possible, making everyone feel like a big family, while embracing mutual respect and a love for our work.
