Perform annual wellness exams for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients

• Perform annual wellness exams for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Manage 15-20 patients per day
• Interpret labs, x-rays, and EKGs
• Record medical documentation in compliance with coding and billing guidelines

• Provide care for post-open heart surgery and cardiac cath lab patients
• Manage IABP, impellas, transvenous and epicardial pacemakers, and EKOS equipment
• Educate patients and family members about their treatments and care

• Diagnose and treat adult, geriatric, women’s health, and pediatric patients
• Educate patients about their treatments and plan of care
• Update and maintain patient records
• Consult with the supervising physician and other healthcare professionals

• Utilize eClinical Works for patient charting
• Assess and diagnose health conditions in collaboration with supervising NP
• Refer patients to specialists according to diagnoses

• Perform physical exams for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Interpret labs and consult with the supervising provider on follow-up
• Assist the provider in developing health management plans for patients

• Assess vital signs and provide IM injections
• Prepare rooms and disinfect equipment
• Perform EKGs and lab draws on new patients
• Assist in the admittance of new patients and clinical documentation
