Reporting these issues to the correct departments and informing tenants of issues
Receiving lost property from customers and making sure it gets back to the owner or passing it along to Airport Lost and Found via Law Enforcement
Also we report or log these occurrences into our own department reports and department logs
The Ambassadors assist in the return of Lost & Found items to customers by paging for the concessions and TSA before the customer leaves the airport
Participate in training regarding customer service related practices, tours and training of area attractions and events, and most importantly participate in airport related emergency training since we are the front line customer service for any airport emergency that can happen at just about any moment during the day.- Provide assistance to customers and tenants of the airport during weather related or other emergency or irregular operation situations
This includes being sequestered for long periods of time including overnight or multiple days at the airport or close by so that there are no interruptions to the operation of the airport
We assist customers with accommodations at area hotels and locating food for potentially stranded passengers or customers at the airport.
