Factory Manager Administrative Assitant

I work as the Factory Manager's administrative assistant.

I worked as a first point of contact for customer services, receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence. Sort and distribute all incoming mail.

I worked on the travel arrangements and managed travel itineraries for the factory manager and Business Travel Account card.

Assisted with expense reports and aid with those who have traveled and need assistance.

I am in charge of handling special events such as safety days, retirements, farewells, employee meals, milestones, and Christmas gifts, and I assist with special gifts that employees may receive.

I Provided employees seeking help with assistance about their documentation for direct report forms and the enrollment of benefits.

I work giving support to the Human Resources department by Ordering all new items needed for new hires' desk setup with documents and supporting the daily operations of the HR department including the onboarding process for company employees.

Manage the employee uniforms (ordering for new hires, terminations, sizing changes), and assign locker and invoicing.

Work with the daily operation of the tracking system and report.

I am in charge of ordering all restocked office supplies and lunchroom supplies every week.

I Work closely with the finance department to track and resolve issues with invoicing, assuring accurate and current payments to vendors/contractors.

Prepare and facilitate annual contractor training.
