As a team captain, I have to take ownership of my team. As the team's leader, it is my responsibility to establish what it takes to be a great player. Setting the example for my teammates and carrying out my team's vision are the responsibilities of team captains.

We performed a wide range of volunteer activity during my three years in JROTC. Every year, we gave veterans at least six color guards and assisted children who went fishing under the guidance of a leader; this program was known as Kids Love Fishing.
