Monitor and document client progress using data collection systems such as Central Reach, frequency counts, behavior charts, and other needed methods based on individual behaviors.
Collaborate with other professionals, including BCBAs, teachers, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure best practices are being implemented for each client in the current office I reside in.
Observe clients throughout sessions to identify potential triggers of problem behaviors or areas needing improvement, in order to adapt a therapy plan to fit their specific needs.
