I have been playing basketball since I was 6 years old. I have played on a higher level (AAU) for 6 years and now playing on a college level at Highline College. Basketball helps me work with others, making plans on how to execute. Also, basketball is very helpful with multitasking. Making sure you are in the right spot on court, but also knowing where the ball is, what play is being ran, and defending your opponent.
