• Supported the ITD department with troubleshooting devices and maintaining student devices and classroom technology. Assisted school staff and students with technical issues while being able to learn hands-on experiences of the support process. Daily tasks consisted of receiving Chromebook shipment leading us to setting up and installing software.

• Supported IT team in maintaining network systems and ensuring system integrity.
• Collaborated with staff to provide technical support and training on software applications.
• Repaired hardware issues (screen replacements, motherboard swaps, battery issues)
• Enrolled and set up Chromebooks for multiple Compton schools
• Created USB drive partitions for OS (Operating System) installation on computers
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn by asking questions and seeking clarification when necessary.
• Assisted with transporting ITD equipment
• Collaborated with the IT staff to gain a better understanding of technical knowledge and improving problem solving skills.
• Restored storage for non-functional Mac-books then updated their OS which led to the Mac-books working again
• Understanding importance of customer satisfaction.

• Designed and implemented engaging robotics curriculum for elementary students.
• Facilitated hands-on workshops to enhance student understanding of robotics concepts.
• Collaborated with teachers to integrate robotics into existing STEM programs.
• Taught students to understand and program there own robots.
• Introduced students to essential programming language(mainly Java) and software tools for effective robot design and operation.
