During the pandemic, I decided to join my husband's personal painting business, in view of the growth it had been experiencing, generating an increase in administrative tasks (budgets, payroll, billing, collection, monitor costs and expenses) that I would carry out, this allowed us better planning and positioning in the market with a gross income of $183K at the time when we opened GF painting Contractors LLC (year 2021) to give greater formality and opportunities to our business.

As a Q.C person I was part of the team responsible for maintaining and implementing programs under the Business System that promote and ensure adherence to internal and external quality, food safety and compliance requirements; updates the site’s procedures, instructions, and forms on the Safety Chain platform under the supervision of the manager, delivers training to develop and raise the team competence levels in quality and food safety, some activities related with the investigation and closure of issues (complaints, non-conformities, audit and inspection findings, supplier incidents, and other process failures) to determine and address root causes with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
