• Soldering terminals on data cables
• Soldering terminals on power cables

• Kit up components needed for each individual job using a part list
• Prepared boards for assembly by screening solder paste onto boards
• Using a microscope to assemble surface mount components onto board
• Placing assembled boards into a oven to complete the soldering process
• Solder touch up and cleaning boards before sending to the test department
• Hand made coils when design required them
• All the VCO's required lids and I folded the sides readying them for the soldering procedure
• Soldered lids onto boards
• Build Proto types for the Engineering Department and did rework as needed
• Made changes to current designs required by the engineers
• Q.C
• The jobs before sending them to the testing department
• I received the orders in individual folders
• I kept records of each order and the stage of assembly throughout until sending to the Test Department
