I am a resourceful English as a Second Language Teacher with a Master of Arts in Teaching degree and a commitment to delivering exceptional learning experiences. I have challenged students with rigorous coursework and engaged them with exposure to cultural vignettes, superb communication skills, and dedication leading to positive results.
I am also results-oriented and academically enriched (Ph.D.) English Language and Literature Facilitator who taught the IB and IGCSE curricula in India. I believe in strengthening student knowledge, skills, and judgment using innovative tools and responsive learning strategies. I have actively evaluated student engagement, helped develop lesson plans to meet the needs of the learners, and boosted classroom productivity. In addition, I have pushed technology-centered teaching methods to promote lesson interaction and inspired a drive for independent learning.
With an additional educational leadership and management degree, I seek to maintain a full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills.

The Master Track Certificate in Instructional Design is an 8-credit, graduate-level certificate offered in partnership with Coursera. This certificate program enables students to utilize adult learning theories, educational technology, and the instructional design process to create effective and engaging training programs for corporate and higher education settings.

> Professional Development from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Project Zero initiative, Creating Cultures of Thinking 2020 (45 clock hours of instruction).
The Harvard PZ course was equivalent to CAT 3 training offered by the International Baccalaureate program. Drawn on the previous research by academician Ron Ritchhart (2002), this Cultures of Thinking project focused on the eight cultural forces present in every group learning situation, which acted as shapers of the group's cultural dynamic. They comprised language, time, environment, opportunities, routines, modeling, interactions, and expectations. The teachers could use various methods making time for thinking, developing, and using a language of review, making the classroom environment rich with the documents of thought processes, and making their thinking visible.

This course expanded my knowledge of teaching by applying rapport-building techniques to create a positive, supportive. The inclusive postsecondary education learning environment, delivering a practical, memorable lesson that bridges the knowledge gap between my students and me, raising the institutional profile as a reflective teacher through effective third-level education teaching practices, and implementing practical strategies for classroom management and lesson planning.
