Adept Behaviorist with a proven track record at Southbury Training School (1982-2016- retirement from DDS-state employee), Employment Options(2016-2024) and BAGS Foundation( 2023-present) enhancing success for Individuals with developmental disabilities through innovative behavior modification techniques and exceptional collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to improve client proactive skills while decreasing challenging behaviors. Behavioral support plans are created by conducting interviews, observations, data collection and reviewing historical documentation, progress notes, etc to support individuals with disabilities.
Engaging in strong interpersonal abilities and expert knowledge by training staff to follow these plans and take accurate data in order to ensure the plan is successful. Participated in IP’s, PRC, URR and various Team meetings to provide reports and feedback.
