• Design and execute organizational / operational improvements on specific projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (VSM; Kaizen; Lean Missions; SIPOC; Eisenhower matrix; A3; VOC...)
• Coordinate and execute specific aspects of the project: Reporting, stakeholder management, change management, resolving issues and ensuring high quality of deliverables
• Support Operational teams in developing their future design and in implementing improvements

• Definition and organization of workplaces in several units, in a universe of 500 employees;

• Implementation of continuous improvement actions in the lines with processes of anodization, cataphoresis, pickling, lacquering, liquid painting and powder painting, using various Kaizen tools such as: 6S, Kanban, 8D, SPC, Paretos,Poka-Yoke, FMEA, Kamishibai, Ohno circle, Value Stream Mapping or A3
• Calculation of KPIs and writing of procedures related to internal processes of CC
• Internal auditing.

• Responsible for the company's development in the geographic market of Angola and for the internationalization strategy of the EQS´s Group.
• Management of all the actual business of the company
• Direction and control of all activities, teams and partners for the provision of services
• Realization of proposals, all the negotiating processes and qualification as a supplier of the contracted services
• Develop and maintain Integrated systems - quality; environment and safety, in order to enhance the involvement of all the company's employees and continuous improvement
• Set quality measurement methods and produce statistical reports of customer complaints, non-compliance, product returns and exchanges;
• Define the type of internal audits features and follow the internal and external processes within the QHSE and report corrective actions
• Example: Integrated Implementation of a multinational company present in 36 countries, offices of Angola and Cabinda (first group company to obtain certification in Africa)

• External Auditor - conduct auditing according to the standards defined by clients Project coordination for Supplier Qualification Internal audits and all its inherent processes.
• Integrated manual root development for customers in the oil sector. Preparation and development of the entire structure and design of the integrated system to be implemented. Restructuring of procedures and rules, according to the internal system of the final customer. Preparation of documentation for international trade proposals and monitoring the same.
• Preparation of technical proposals to meet customer requests. Trainer - VCA, REACH, Occupational Hazards, Work in Confined Spaces, Management Systems Implementation.

Integrated Management of Quality, Environment and Safety

• Integration in NP EN ISO 9001; 14001; 22000 and OSHAS
• Building management system around new equipment
• Method of evaluating suppliers
• Survey and actions so that company fulfilled with applicable law
• Letters of product design, technical specifications and traceability
• Collection of statistical data relating to customer satisfaction and development of improvement measures
• Quality work in line laboratory in EAV
• Metrological quality analysis, for example pH, total hardness, aluminum, turbidity, conductivity, alkalinity, among others
• Multidisciplinary teams involved in a total of 27 people.
