My area of service is in Latino America markets at doTERRA, were I speak Spanish and English working in conjunction with management to explain the agents in a simple way the usage of the systems. Since I work in the tech department with analyst level, I educate agents and peers on the correct use of the system and solve issues in a fashionably manner.
