Driven and innovative professional with a background in curating exhibitions for the Contemporary Art Modern Project and a proven track record in streamlining processes through research and workflow optimization. Excelled in team collaboration and project management, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and a knack for quality control. Fluent in English and Spanish, adept at database management and creative problem-solving. My time at the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami allowed me to engage with fellow creative minds, tasked with curating an exhibition for the museum space. Our exhibition showcased the art of the local youth community, communicating their different perspectives and choice of media. It was a collaborative and creative environment, from which I have absorbed valuable lessons. Subsequently, I joined the Contemporary Art Modern Project gallery through an internship. With this internship, I have learned the ins and outs of the behind the scenes of an art sale. The fast paced and practical environment exposed me to real-life scenarios where things sometimes do not go as planned. During my time, I have promoted a safe workspace, engaging with artists and coworkers alike, developing and furthering my knowledge and passion for art and business. This experience I hold very valuable, and I will look back on it with a fond heart in the years to come. I have also been lucky enough to engage with Sotheby's auction house in New York City, where for two weeks I heard from teachers, gallerists, museum directors, and artists to come to a deeper understanding of the industry. Moreover, this experience allowed me to familiarize myself with the city I intend to live in, New York City. I was able to get to know the city in ways I was never able to before, as well as developing valuable relationships with faculty and peers.

Over the years, photography has grown to become a shield for myself. I can hide behind the lens of my camera, forever capturing a fleeting moment. I don't tend to arrange a photograph, nor make someone pose for me; the photos I take are momentary, a reflection of a live scene, engraved in film forever.
