Work to understand how genetic and phenotypic diversity shapes the assembly and function of host-associated microbes. We are particularly interested in these curiosities through the lens of drugs/xenobiotics, dietary perturbation, and infectious diseases.

Investigated transmissibility of different viruses through mosquito's. This included Dengue, Jamestown Canyon Virus, and others, using various lab techniques. Very familiar with extracting RNA samples and analyzing viral data for different studies.
