As the lead teacher and education coordinator I plan lessons and follow the teaching strategies system. I apply second step and mighty minutes activities to lesson plans. I monitor student enrollment, attendance, and complete required home visits. I complete progress reports, all marking period grades and parent /teacher conferences. I participate in stem activities, perform required student assessments, and arrange referrals for students in need of addition support services.
