I worked as a sales consultant from 2007 till 2012 and I was promoted to finance manager in 2013 till 2022. My day to day role was obtaining financing for customers who requested an auto loan for their vehicle purchase by gathering the customers detailed personal information, performing a credit check and analyzing the customers credit history to build a best course of action to obtain financing for the customer. I was also in charge of walking the customer through the entire financing process of explaining each legal document that needed to be signed to complete the purchasing of the vehicle. I also offered auxiliary products including ESC and GAP while ensuring that the customers amount finance was within the banks approved deal structure. I was also in charge of overseeing the department’s CIT’s, Contracts In Transit, and gathering from the customers any stipulations that the bank required to obtain funding for each deal.
